No physical product is delivered when you purchase a digital product. Digital products are delivered to the email you used during checkout. Order processing of physical products are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout.

We are a small business and most orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

We hand package and fulfill your order from our central Texas business. In some cases our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer, so not all of your order may arrive in one box.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Processing & shipping delays may result during standard US holidays or inclement weather. Delays due to postal and shipping service problems are outside of our control.

RATES AND ESTIMATES

Where applicable, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders may be subject to import duties, tariffs and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Michelle Guajardo and/or Become Extraordinary LLC is not responsible for any of these charges if they are applied to your order. The customer is responsible for any and all of the import duties, tariffs, and taxes.

ORDER TRACKING

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us here. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address you provided in the checkout process. Be sure to check your address to be sure it is correct. If you provided us the correct address and still have not received your order, contact us here.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND
EXCHANGE POLICY

At Become Extraordinary, LLC we stand behind the quality of our products and services we deliver. Depending on where you purchased our products or designs, the refund policy will be indicated.

Although we cannot guarantee a refund, we do strive for continued improvement and customer satisfaction.

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery of a physical item, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the restocking and shipping costs for the return. You must contact us here to receive your return approval. Returns received without approval will not be accepted.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us here within 3 days of receipt of your order. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Due to the nature of a digital product, no refunds , returns or exchanges
are given for any digital products.

If you have any questions or issues regarding refunds, send us an email here with the following information:

the email address used when you purchased the product, course or product
specific details of what was purchased
a copy of the emailed receipt and
the reason you are requesting a refund (we strive for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction...You reason is very important to us)
If product was damaged during shipping, please include pictures of the damage

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ARE GIVEN

if your course or product access is removed/revoked due to non-compliance of Terms and Conditions of Use
after course/product refund period and no exceptions will be made
your order has already entered the printing process
duration of refund window of manufacturing provider has passed
duration of course refund window has passed
for orders that were not received or delivered by the carrier in which the tracking number indicates that the package was delivered to the address you provided
for any digital product purchases

For refunds or exchanges due to shipping damage

Send us an email here to receive instructions and approval for return. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted. In your email, please provide a copy of your invoice / order receipt, tracking number, your contact information, details regarding the specific damage and pictures of the shipping container and contents.
